The caregiver we have is very friendly and is pretty compassionate with my mom. I like that they were pretty flexible and they were quick to care for my mother. Right at Home requires minimum hourly or weekly commitments for care, but scheduling visits of at least three hours will ensure you have the same caregiver each time.

Their scheduling and billing department needs to improve. The schedulers sometimes call to ask if they can send a different person. Sometimes I say yes and sometimes I say no, but it seems like they don't get in touch with accounting, so I get charged extra.
Caring for my husband who has Alzheimer’s is 24 hours, 7 days a week. She is a caring compassionate person and I know he is in good hands. Finding the right fit or person for him has given me and him peace of mind and I thank you.
